SESSION EXPECTATIONS
A simple experience that unfolds naturally, from arrival to departure.
Arrival
Your experience begins as you settle into a comfortable zero-gravity reclining chair. Take a moment to get comfortable and become familiar with the space before the sounds begin.
Immersion
Crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments create changing layers of sound. There is nothing you need to do. Simply listen.
Quiet Integration
As the sounds gradually fade, a few moments of quiet allow you to remain with the experience before moving on.
Returning
The session comes to a gentle close, with time to sit up, reorient, and return to your day at your own pace.
